Purpose of the role
You will ensure that an excellent level of customer service is delivered to all purchasers. You will be responsible for achieving New Homes Sales, in line with achieving/exceeding set targets whilst ensuring company standard procedures are followed, maximising revenues wherever possible, and positively contributing to the company’s growth. You will also be responsible for all aspects of presentation on the development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a positive customer experience with existing and prospective purchasers.
- You will need to be proactive and follow up on all leads promptly.
- Keep the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and landscaping to the highest standard.
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure development is presented to the highest standard.
- Conduct weekly checks on signage, web pages including RightMove, and competitors
- Generate and maintain positive relationships with Estate Agents
- Utilise Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives effectively and the benefits of using company nominated Panel Solicitors
