We are working with them as they look to engage a Senior SharePoint Developer to work as part of a global team to design, develop, administer, and modernize their SharePoint environments across on-premise and cloud platforms. This role combines hands-on custom development with enterprise platform administration, including system maintenance, updates, patching, governance, and intranet design. Some key responsibilities include: Defining and owning the SharePoint architecture roadmap across SharePoint SE and SharePoint Online Designing scalable, secure, and high-performing SharePoint solutions Optimising platform cost, performance, and usability Designing and developing solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Microsoft Graph APIs, and REST APIs Designing and maintaining enterprise on-premises and cloud SharePoint platforms Administering SharePoint SE (on-prem) and SharePoint Online tenants Skills and experience required: Extensive hands-on experience administering and developing solutions for SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) and SharePoint Online. Proven expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end development practices Strong experience integrating SharePoint solutions using RESTful APIs and Microsoft Graph Solid experience with C# and .NET Framework for backend and integration development Hands-on experience administering SharePoint on-prem environments, including patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Strong experience with SQL Server design, development, and optimization. Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, release management, monitoring) as applied to SharePoint/SPFx deployments It is essential that you have experience in working within a large enterprise scale environment
