We Are Looking For:

* Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, HLTA, or within an educational setting

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience (for HLTA roles)

* A passion for supporting children's learning and development

* Experience supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, is desirable

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

* A flexible, reliable, and professional approach

* Confidence supporting small groups, individual interventions, and classroom activities
