We are currently looking for a Business Administrator to join our fantastic team in Dalston, East London.

About the role:

You will be working as part of small Customer Support Team, helping disabled students in higher education access specialist support and equipment.

Key duties:

Answering telephone calls

Taking telephone orders

Updating customer database on every communication

Following established Order workflows

Liaising with Students

Liaising with Tutors

Booking deliveries, Tutors and taking good care of customers

Provide assistance to Technical Engineers with Order paperwork

Other administrative work as required
