Job Summary
This role is part of the Marketing & NPD team. The role is responsible for the creation and delivery of the digital & ecommerce strategy and annual plan.
Key Areas of Responsibility
the digital strategy; clarifying the role digital & ecommerce will play for our brands.
communicate, and execute the annual digital plan, across website, paid media, ecrm and social channels.
and implement the sales strategy for direct to consumer channels, ensuring the sales growth targets are delivered in line with the plan.
manage all digital projects, including, website developments, ecommerce platform builds and social media campaigns.
the consumer journey at each touchpoint to leverage brand affinity.
and analyse the website and social media performance metrics, to capitalize on opportunities or course correct where needed.
the digital agency relationship, ensuring they are an extension to the team.
of the digital budget; monitoring and controlling expenditure.
the internal digital expert, championing the key platforms with the main stakeholders.
