Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a well-established front and back-of-house team.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the venue's outstanding reputation.
Act as the primary host and ambassador for the restaurant.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Develop and mentor management and supervisory teams.
Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
Manage budgets, labour costs, and financial performance.
Build strong relationships with regular guests and the local community.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
About You Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-quality restaurant, premium dining venue, or hospitality operation.
A natural host with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Charismatic, engaging, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
Experienced in leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
