We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring that all cases are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential and commercial property transactions end-to-end, including preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and legal documents, whilst ensuring compliance with regulations

Oversee caseload effectively, conducting regular file reviews, meeting deadlines, and achieving monthly financial and completion targets

Liaise with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships, whilst identifying opportunities to cross-sell the firm's services and grow the client base

Lead and support your team, providing files to the Conveyancing Partner/Associate for review when requested

Ensure prompt billing and collection of outstanding balances

Maintain full IT proficiency across case management systems and Microsoft Office, and complete all required CPD, CQS, and firm training

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years' conveyancing experience (residential and/or commercial)

Strong knowledge of property law and procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proficient in conveyancing software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office

Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy caseload
