Job Description

Salary: £54,000 - 54,000 per year

Requirements:

2+ years of Azure cloud engineering experience
2+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience with Bicep, ARM, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Azure Compute, Storage, Networking, and Identity
Understanding of cloud security and best practices
Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience is highly desirable
PowerShell and Azure Automation experience is highly desirable
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, SQL, and Purview is highly desirable
A traditional infrastructure background is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

Build, optimise, and support Azure IaaS and PaaS services
Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM, and Azure DevOps
Automate deployments and operational processes
Support Zero Trust security using Entra ID, Conditional Access, and PIM
Monitor platform health, availability, and performance
Drive cloud cost optimisation and FinOps activities

We are a growing global technology team delivering secure, scalable, and automated Azure services across a large enterprise environment. We offer hybrid working in Manchester with one day per week in the office, a salary of £54,000 per annum plus a 10% bonus and benefits, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, career development, and the opportunity to work on enterprise Azure projects.
