What we're looking for?

Previous optical experience is essential

A confident and effective communicator who can build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a busy environment

A passionate people person with a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Well organised, with strong time management skills

Hard-working, proactive, and able to lead by example
