CAD Draftsperson

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD Draftsperson to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate building information models and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design specifications are met with the highest standards of quality.
• Analyse project requirements to produce efficient and creative drafting solutions.
• Utilise advanced software tools to manage complex building data and resource documentation.
• Ensure all documentation complies with industry regulations and project-specific guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in drafting, specifically within construction or architectural sectors.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD and BIM software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team.
• Relevant technical education or certification in a related field.
