Compensation

$130,000–$140,000.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead design and development of Java microservices (Spring Boot/Quarkus) on Google Cloud.
• Drive integration of AI/ML and generative AI capabilities into sales applications.
• Partner with innovation and data teams to operationalize AI into production systems.
• Guide architecture decisions on APIs, event-driven design, and distributed systems.
• Mentor developers on cloud-native, microservices, and AI integration patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and champion CI/CD and DevSecOps best practices.
• Help define standards for responsible AI adoption across the domain.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Practical exposure to Python-based services and ability to extend/refactor them.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or generative AI services into production enterprise systems.
• Understanding of security, governance, and responsible AI considerations.
• Ability to influence architectural direction without direct supervisory authority.
• Familiarity with prompt-based generative AI integration and AI service orchestration patterns.
