A leading management consultancy is looking for a Data Enginee
r to join on a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting an important internal data project.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining data processes using SQL Server and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Supporting day-to-day data delivery and operations.
Implementing data quality checks and maintaining clear technical documentation.
Working independently on defined tasks and raising risks early.
Collaborating with senior engineers and business stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for practical data engineering experience, ideally including:
SQL / SQL Server
Python
VBA
Data quality and validation
Data pipelines and documentation
You don't need experience across everything listed, but strong SQL and Azure experience would be particularly valuable.
