The Role:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Electro-Optical Seekers and Sensors for advanced weapon systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing specialized Electro-Optical design support throughout various stages of complex programmes, from specification and assessment to delivery and ongoing support.
• Driving the technical direction of products to meet challenging customer requirements by collaborating with specialized design teams and external partners.
• Engaging in innovative research and development activities to support future programmes.
• Working within a dynamic and skilled team, where you’ll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge while contributing to diverse and evolving projects.

What We Want From You:

• Conducting requirements analysis, creating specifications, and providing justifications.
• Designing and modelling system architecture.
• Performing trade studies to guide design decisions.
• Ensuring systems proving, design assurance, and certification.
• Utilizing systems engineering tools, such as IBM DOORS Next and Rhapsody.
