WSR are recruiting for an Inside Sales Executive for our Milton Keynes based Client, who are rapidly growing in the UK and international markets. The Inside Sales Representative is part of an energetic team proactively targeting construction and industrial sectors as well as converting inbound leads from these sectors to sales.

Inside Sales Executive overview
To grow sales by prospecting both existing and new customers, as well as converting incoming leads via phone and email to sales. Helping customers solve problems quickly so that they can carry on with their business. Listen and identify opportunities to grow sales in the sector and deliver outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager you will win and nurture business with new and existing accounts across the UK.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
A minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably with experience in B2B or a construction related sector.
Must have previous outbound telephone experience.
Possess strong customer focus.
Have an outgoing, energetic and positive “can do” attitude, with the willingness to learn.
Be a self-motivated team player.
Be target driven and results focused.
Be super-organized and process-oriented – the candidate will be efficient, deadline-driven, and keen to remove roadblocks for the sales team.
