Day to Day of the role:
Step into different classrooms, ensuring educational continuity during teacher absences.
Engage with students to facilitate the completion of set work for the day.

Quickly build rapport with students and staff, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a constructive learning environment.
Be ready to learn and teach new subjects, demonstrating versatility and enthusiasm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A basic understanding of secondary education .
A genuine passion for teaching and dedication to delivering high-quality education.
Robust behaviour management skills, coupled with patience and resilience.
The ability to adapt to varying school policies and meet the needs of students.
Familiarity with school attendance systems such as SIMS, Class Charts, and Konexions is advantageous.
