You\'ll be part of a friendly, collaborative, fast-paced consulting team focused on delivering real value.QualificationsAt least 5+ years change management consulting experience within People, HR or Workplace transformationsExpert in both strategic change capability and hands on delivery across culture, op model and digital changeBrings the full suite of change tools and methodologies across all phases of a change programme, from change strategy and roadmap design, to impact and readiness assessments, to stakeholder engagementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and spokenAbility to build trusted client relationships fast and at all levels, representing the consulting company with gravitas and capability.Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneouslyAbility to understand and assess complex issues and present solutions in in a clear, easy to understand wayBring a passion for helping grow and develop long-term commercial client relationships for the organisation.A team player, a self-starter with a \'can do\' attitude and who understands that the best solutions come from collaborating internally and with the clientA good leader and coach whether in line or project managerStrategic thinker who can deal well with ambiguity and influence and shape direction of stakeholdersPlease do not hesitate in applying.
