Care Assistant / Support Worker – Children's Residential Care

We are currently recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to join a specialist children's residential care service supporting children and young people with complex needs .
About the Role
You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping young people feel safe, settled and valued while encouraging their independence and development.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN / complex needs – essential
Experience with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or challenging behaviour is desirable
Caring, friendly and engaging personality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Reliable and committed to safeguarding
Full UK driving licence preferred due to the rural location
Candidates using public transport may be considered where shift times can be accommodated
