Job Description

Smart Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Road Sweeper Driver to join their team based in Quarrington.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering stable, long-term employment, consistent weekday hours and a great work-life balance. You'll play an important role in maintaining clean and safe environments by operating a road sweeper vehicle to the highest standards.

  • . Guaranteed minimum of 37.5 hours per week

  • . Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:00pm

The Role:

As a Road Sweeper Driver, you'll be responsible for operating a specialist road sweeper vehicle safely and efficiently while ensuring the site remains clean and well maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • . Operating a road sweeper vehicle across designated routes and work areas
  • . Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site
  • . Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects promptly
  • . Completing vehicle inspection reports and route documentation accurately
  • . Working safely and complying with all transport, road traffic and health & safety regulations
  • . Providing a professional and courteous service while representing the company
  • . Supporting the wider transport and depot team when required
