Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm based in Coventry.

As an IFA Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client servicing, compliance, and business processing activities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process new business applications, including anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding

Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and telephone queries

Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards

Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries

Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and investment pathway documentation

Skills and experience required:

A minimum of 1 year of experience working as IFA Administrator or similar roles.

Ideally Level 4 qualified or currently studying towards Level 4
