Summary
As a passionate project manager, you will be part of an innovative start-up company, consisting of colleagues possessing varying skill sets including hardware designers, front-end and back-end software developers, computer architects, data engineers, Machine Learning /AI specialists, and other data scientists. You will be responsible for planning, tracking and monitoring the activities within the project and making sure that the expected deliveries for each of the project milestones are met. Job Description
Manage the NEUBLA project portfolio through the full project lifecycle
Creating project plans and schedules and then running the project to ensure timely delivery, to specification and to the highest quality
Enabling teams to identify project, technology risks and actively working to mitigate their impact
Working across teams between both the UK and South Korea and aligning dependencies and making sure that the teams are unblocked
Communicating project status, risks, and issues to senior management
Keeping track and ensuring that all the stakeholders are aligned with changes in scope, budget, and schedule
Identifying and driving improvements towards project processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masters or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
3+ years of project management or related experience and overall 7+ yrs of industry experience preferably semiconductor
Worked in areas of scientific or engineering fields
Able to demonstrate in depth understanding of both project scheduling and risk management
Formal project management qualification
Excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations
Strong problem solving and organisational skills
Accomplished verbal and written communication skills
Full right to work in the UK without restriction and time limit
Preferred Qualifications
Scrum master experience
Familiarity with Agile development concept
Experience in leading small to medium technical teams
Experience in project management tools, i.e., JIRA, Confluence, .etc.
