Job Description

Babcock is seeking a Quality Lead for its Rosyth site to build and lead the quality function on a major international shipbuilding programme. You will establish governance, assurance, and compliance processes across UK and overseas operations, while guiding suppliers and delivery teams toward excellence.

You will mentor quality professionals, drive audits, and report on quality performance, shaping a strong quality culture and ensuring regulatory requirements are met throughout the programme.
