The role ensures high availability, performance, security, and reliability of desktop and application virtualization services and core Windows-based systems.Key Responsibilities Citrix AdministrationAdminister and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) environmentsManage StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Studio, Director, and Citrix LicensingConfigure and optimize Citrix policies for performance, security, and user experienceMonitor Citrix environments, analyze trends, and proactively address issuesPerform Citrix upgrades, patches, and version migrationsManage user profiles, roaming profiles, FSLogix, and folder redirectionSupport VDI and published application environmentsWindows Server AdministrationInstall, configure, and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022Administer Active Directory, including users, groups, OU structure, and Group PoliciesManage core services such as DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Services, and IISPerform server hardening, performance tuning, and capacity planningManage and optimize Failover Clustering, DFS, and high availability servicesExperience with high availability, clustering, and DR designsStrong understanding of security, compliance, and identity managementAdvanced patch management strategy (WSUS / SCCM / Intune integration)Manage PKI, certificate services, and renewal automationEnterprise experience in VMwareHandle OS patching, vulnerability remediation, and system upgradesCreate and maintain SOPs, build documents, runbooks, and knowledge base articlesFollow ITIL-based Change, Incident, and Problem Management processesYour roleIn the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment.
