Project Manager
Are you an organised and experienced Project Manager with a background in Damp Proofing projects? Our client is looking for someone just like you to join their team! As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage damp proofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver damp proofing projects, coordinating with the project team
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure project expectations are met
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Fit skirting boards as needed after completion of damp proofing work
Address and resolve any project-related issues that may arise
Uphold high standards of workmanship and project management
Utilise computer systems for project management tasks
Review surveyor reports and recommendations to maintain quality standards
Manage vehicle fleet, including monitoring trackers and organising service and MOT dates
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Damp Proofing
Joinery skills for fitting skirting boards
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in Damp Proofing and Project Management
Proficiency in using Office 365 for project management tasks
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Leadership abilities to motivate and inspire team members
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
