In this role, you will support and assist individual students or small groups to help them throughout their school day. Our goal is to find candidates who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives and learning journeys of all students.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing the classroom for each session in collaboration with the class teacher
Providing extra support to children as needed
Assisting teachers in planning and record-keeping
Supporting teachers in managing class behavior
The ideal candidate will:
Be patient and able to build strong working relationships with children
Have an empathetic nature
Be approachable, kind, and caring towards all children and have a thorough understanding of safeguarding in a school setting
Have experience working with special needs
Have strong behavior management skills
