Youll be joining us at our Ashington practice on a full time basis - 40 hours per week.

Busy 8 Surgery Training Practice.

Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments.

Managing a large, friendly and supportive team

This is a training practice for New and Overseas dentists and Therapists as well as Dental Nurses from the NHS Dental Hospital.

On site parking, close to public transport routes and local amenities.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, youll be:

Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets

Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship

Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators

Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
