Human Resources Specialist Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Must have experience in first level disciplinary, grievance, and investigation meetings, inclusive of coaching managers on applicable process, policy and regulatory considerations
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. It is likely you will be asked to help us with data and reporting requests, so Excel skills would be desirable.
Relevant degree or CIPD Level 5 qualified, or looking to gain full CIPD qualifications.
A strong understanding of and sound ability to apply core people practices, processes and approaches across the employee lifecycle
