GTC, part of the BUUK Infrastructure Group, are looking for Construction Manager (GTC) who would like to help us reach our mission to earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service.

Purpose of this role To project manage the GTC North West portfolio of works assigned to your construction business unit.

Your key responsibilities are Responsible for the successful delivery of all GTC Projects for GSHP & Utility infrastructure works in line with the agreed programme of works provided to you by the Post Award Team in GTC.

Responsible for all Health and Safety matters relating to the Installation and working of all utility networks. Including all incident investigation and reporting, including closure of corrective actions.

Responsible for the projects assigned to you including financial reporting, management of costs and the performance of the teams undertaking the works.

Responsible for monitoring of productivity and cost management in line with the expected costs of the Projects which you are responsible for.

Monitoring and reporting your site costs weekly for material spend / plant hire and subcontractor costs.

Ordering and management of material and plant expenditure.

Toolbox Talks with the teams you are responsible for.

Works completed maintain an up to date Bill Of Quantities for each project assigned to you.

Key Customer Relationships Site Managers within the Developer Community.
