Wolfspeed NI are looking for an SAP Security Specialist to join their SAP Technical Operations Team . You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team who manages and supports SAP at Wolfspeed. Within this team you will be responsible for managing the security environment to ensure that business needs are met while also aligning with our compliance requirements within Wolfspeed’s SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Ariba and MDG environments. The successful candidate will be an experienced individual who will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP security, with a specific focus on the Access Control module.

In this critical role, you will have a deep understanding of SAP security, how to build out roles within a strict change management environment, researching the source of segregation of duties and sensitive access violations, common access compliance requirements, GRC (NWBC) modules and processes, GRC workflows, and experience executing and supporting access controls / audits. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and maintain regulatory compliance.

Your day-to-day – We do what others say can’t be done

· Ensure proper setup and maintenance of SAP GRC modules.

· Implement enhancements to optimize security controls and streamline processes.

· Manage user access controls and permissions within the SAP GRC system.

· Review and analyze user access requests where necessary to troubleshoot automated access request issues.

· Collaborate with role owners and policy owners to identify and mitigate any risks associated with user access rights aligned with IT policies.

· Investigate and resolve incidents and issues related to SAP GRC, such as access issues, role creation, etc.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as IT, finance, compliance, business process owners) to address and mitigate risks and incidents.

· Stay up to date with relevant regulations, industry standards and best practices related to SAP security.

· Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to the SAP GRC system and associated processes.

· Develop, review, and update policies and processes related to SAP GRC and ensure documentation is accurate and adheres to internal standards and regulations.

· Communicate policies to relevant stakeholders and conduct training sessions on SAP Security practices.

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

· 3+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Security in SAP ERP, S/4 or similar role with SAP GRC experience.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP Security concepts, principles and tools (e.g. SU24, GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management) and related technologies.

· Proficient in SAP GRC system implementation, configuration, and maintenance.

· Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, authorization models, and role-based access controls.

· In-depth knowledge of SAP security and compliance frameworks, such as SOX, GDPR, and industry-specific regulations.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex access control issues.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
