At Bright Futures, we champion the potential of every person with autism and a learning disability, believing wholeheartedly in their ability to thrive and lead the most fulfilling lives. We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Stockton Heath, Warrington.
Our Bridgewell home is a large five bedroom home with three additional self contained flats in Stockton Heath, supporting eight adults who live full and active lives. There's always something happening, from football matches and music events to going to the cinema and theatre, shopping, and spending time doing the things each person enjoys most.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
You will get to know each individual, find out their interests, and support them to achieve the small and big steps in reaching their goals and living the life they choose. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges.
What we're looking for
Level 2 Adult Care Worker Qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Previous experience in a care role Supporting Children/Adults with Learning difficulties/Autism and looking to advance in your chosen career.
Be committed to continuous improvement of the home and the team.
A passion for person-centred care.
Have a positive and proactive mindset.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Full UK Driving Licence is preferred.

£14.55 per hour – Senior Support Worker (Unqualified)
£14.85 per hour – Senior Support Worker (Qualified)
£15.10 per hour – Advanced Senior Support Worker (additional responsibilities)
