Van Driver (Multi-Drop, 15–25 deliveries per day)
Role: Van driver
Location: Swindon.
Pay: £13.23 - £13.82
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 0600am starts
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out 15–25 multi-drop deliveries to residential and commercial addresses each day.
Load, unload, and secure goods safely in the van.
Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service at every drop, ensuring professionalism and courtesy.
Complete all delivery paperwork and use handheld devices/scanners where required.
Conduct daily vehicle checks, report defects, and maintain cleanliness of the van.
Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not always essential.
Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use sat-nav/route-planning apps.
Physically fit to handle parcels and occasional heavy lifting.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Typical Hours:
0600 - finish time (50 hours per week)
