Salary: £23,500p.a. + Bonus (£2,500)
Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 05:30pm (some flexibility required)

Our client based in Cottenham is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
As the Customer Service Coordinator your duties will include:
Answering incoming calls, emails, responding to live chat
Processing bookings on system
Quoting
Monitoring progress of work, updating customers
Checking invoices
Upselling services where possible
General administration as required.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator will have:
Good communication skills, verbal & written
Excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills.
