Learning & Progress Support Specialist

Job Description

Spencer Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and reliable individual to join our Inclusion & Well-being team. The role involves supporting pupils, including those with SEND or lower than expected attainment, and assisting the class teacher with planning and learning activities.

You will help implement behaviour strategies, build partnerships with families, promote safeguarding, and prepare resources for activities while minimising hazards. A high level of competency is essential.
