We are very excited to be recruiting a Human Resources Administrator for a dynamic and exciting company based in Kingswinford.The main purpose is to provide HR administrative and payroll support to the HR team, whilst acting as one of the first points of contact for general HR enquiries and employee related matters.The main duties will be:" Support the Head of HR and the HR Team to provide a high level of HR Service to the Company." Maintain the HR System data to ensure accuracy of information." Support the business on all aspects of recruitment." Onboarding of employees including contracts/letters, right to work, induction, PPE and Health Checks etc." Drafting contracts of employment and HR letters as required." Provide cover for the payroll process in conjunction with the Reward & Payroll Specialist." Provide support to Pensions, Employee Reference and Driving Licence Check processes." Provide cover for the expense's approval process." Provide support to fleet management." Provide support to line managers and employees on Company HR Processes." Generation and analysis of reports from HR Systems and Excel based information to assist with effective HR Management." Ensure compliance of the sickness management process." Support and conduct Employee inductions." Document copying, scanning, binding and distribution as required." Provide hospitality for Training events and HR meetings."
