Skills City is a unique digital bootcamp campus that trains adult learners not in mainstream education and up-skills learners into digital technology roles. The Skills City campus made up of six fast track training academies across the breadth of technology disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will consist of:
Community Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with education facilities, community groups, and job centres to expand our reach.
Learner Recruitment: Be the first point of contact for enquiries, conduct interviews, and create welcoming pathways into our Bootcamps.
Data Insight: Efficiently manage recruitment data to inform and enhance outreach strategies.
Event Participation: Coordinate and attend recruitment events, bringing our Bootcamps to life for potential learners.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to explore new outreach opportunities, enhancing our community presence.
Wider Team Support: Engage in activities that support our broader educational mission, adding value to our community initiatives.
Skills and Experience
At least 2 years of experience in an outreach/recruitment role (DWP, job centres, and communities).
Quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essentials.
Timely delivery of tasks.
Good communication skills & work ethic.
Solid understanding of our Bootcamps.
Customer Service experience.
