Systems Engineer6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Based in SunderlandVIQU are looking for a Systems Engineer to support a large global organisation and maintain their range of IT infrastructure and systems across the business.You will be working in their Infrastructure team supporting them with 3rd line queries - covering both BAU activities and supporting in Projects.Systems Administrator Experience/Skillset requirements:Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / Exchange OnlineWindows ServerActive DirectoryHyper-V or VMware - ideally HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastrucutre)Entra ID or OktaBasic Networking knowledgeAny Storage, Disaster Recovery and Backup experience would be beneficialSystems Administrator Responsibilities:Provide 3rd Line technical and infrastructure support, resolving complex escalated incidents across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.Maintain and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta and Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.Provide technical support for infrastructure and migration projects, including server, platform and legacy on-premises file server migrations.Work closely with internal IT teams in an ITIL-based environment, contributing to projects, documenting solutions and implementing technical changes.The System Engineer must be able to commit to being onsite in Sunderland 2 days per week.
