You'll lead from the front, coaching your team in clientelling, relationship building and personalised service while driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance. You'll Have Experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager or Assistant Manager within premium fashion, luxury or premium retail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A strong track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs. Experience building long-term customer relationships through clientelling and personalised service. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams. A positive, engaging personality and a genuine people-first approach.
