Job Description

Omega in Buckingham is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineer to join its Launch & SVO team. You will develop robust manufacturing processes for new product introductions, delivering high quality, cost-efficient production handover and closure.Key qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in assembly manufacturing, PFMEA/DFMEA, Control Plans, and a proactive problem-solving approach; Six Sigma is advantageous. Automotive or related sector experience is preferred.
