THE ROLE
You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:
Crafting and aligning credit policies to adhere to regulatory standards and industry benchmarks
Conducting in-depth analysis of credit portfolios, identifying trends, and optimising risk-return profiles
Collaborating across departments to seamlessly integrate credit risk frameworks into broader risk management practices
Staying attuned to industry changes, updating credit risk frameworks, and providing comprehensive reporting to stakeholders
Communicating findings clearly to senior management, fostering a culture of risk awareness and understanding throughout the organisation
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and/or Python
5+ years of experience within the lending space
Extensive experience with secured or unsecured products
Substantial experience within the credit risk function
