Customer Service /Technical Advisor(Flexibility of working remotely)Stourport/HartleburySalary £20k A leading supplier of medical equipment in the UK and Ireland, is expanding and require a full time technically minded customer service advisor for their range of products.Reporting to the Operations Director your primary responsibilities will be to ensure world class customer service direct to private & public sector customers with full backup support to Field Sales team. You will be positive and hard working and will have previous experience of telephone customer service, preferably with a technical background. An eye for detail and demonstrable experience of Microsoft Excel will be required, previous experience using Microsoft Navision will be a strong advantage. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret instructions and queries arising from telephone calls, emails and fax transmissions from all parties and action according to company guidelines.
Entering all orders onto Microsoft Navision, Printing of Order Confirmations and Packing Lists, checking stock and advising estimated delivery dates.
Enter Sales Quotation onto Microsoft Navision
Data entry and manipulate using Microsoft Excel
Set up and maintain accurate customer records.
Communicate information effectively across the whole team.
Adhere to stated policy and procedures including health and safety.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers - UK and Denmark, managers and customers.
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for continuing efficient performance including product knowledge.
Attend weekly meeting to discuss and contribute ideas for working practices and daily issues.
First line resolution of customer complaints by accurately analysing the situation to determine best use of resources.
Serve as liaison between the customer and various departments internal and external.
