We are currently recruiting Assembler PM Shifts to join a busy manufacturing team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing work with consistent hours and a great working environment.

The RoleAs an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies to a high standard, ensuring all products meet quality and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assembling electrical components and sub-assemblies using hand and power tools.

Following assembly instructions, technical drawings, and work procedures.

Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

Identifying and reporting any faults or defects.

Packing and preparing completed products for dispatch.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area.

Working as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.Requirements

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience

Good attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to follow instructions accurately.
