Warehouse Operative Location: Brixworth, Northamptonshire

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 4:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Contract: Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing

Warehouse Operatives Required Quest Employment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established and growing business based in Brixworth, Northamptonshire .

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for ongoing, full-time work with consistent weekday hours. You'll be joining a friendly and supportive team where attention to detail and quality are highly valued.

The Role As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for accurately preparing customer orders for dispatch. This role is paper-based and does not use handheld scanners , so strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately from pick lists are essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

Picking customer orders accurately from paper pick lists.

Labelling and applying customer-specific stickers to products.

Packing goods securely for dispatch.

Carrying out visual quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Manually checking product codes, quantities and descriptions.

Preparing orders ready for shipment.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

Following all Health & Safety procedures.

Supporting other warehouse departments when required.

Meeting daily productivity targets while maintaining excellent accuracy.

What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work confidently without handheld scanners.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions.

A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.

Own transport or a reliable way to travel to Brixworth, as public transport is limited.
