Sales Progressor

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join a market leader within the property industry, based in the town of Leighton Buzzard. For this role, it is integral you have a core understanding of the local area. Previous property or conveyancing experience is essential.
Within this role you will be responsible for managing the back-end sales process, taking the property from offer accepted, through to exchange and completion.
This a full time role, and fully office based, with NO remote or hybrid working.
Working Hours:
09:00am - 17:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and every other Saturday. These hours are fixed, with no flexibility.
Duties:
Processing and progressing all agreed sales through to completion.
Liaising with other estate agents, mortgage advisor's and solicitors.
Providing all relevant parties with accurate updates on the progress of the sale/purchase.
Handling in-bound enquires.
Supporting with business leads, referrals and customer service.
Assisting the office with all administrative duties.
Working to deadlines, targets and KPI's.
Essential Skills Required:
Sales Progression or Conveyancing experience is ESSENTIAL.
Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
A natural instinct for problem solving and impeccable organisation skills are essential.
A persuasive can do approach with excellent attention to detail is needed for this role along with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse case-load.
The ability to problem solve, think on your feet, and rapport building skills are a must.
UK driving licence, with a car available is preferred.
