Location: West Midlands
£40,000 - £50,000 plus mileage allowance, private pension, phone, laptop and 25 days holiday excluding statutory days
We are specialist providers in air and odour pollution control. We deliver cost-effective solutions for some of the world's leading brands in the Water, Waste & Recycling, Food & Beverage and Process industries.
Due to growth we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team of professionals.
Purpose of the role:
Manage and execute projects from award to final completion safely, to programme, within budget and to the required standards.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Manage day-to-day operational aspects and to be accountable for your actions
Produce technical specifications, procurement schedule, bid tabs and sub-contracts required for project procurement
Monitor material deliverables prepared by the team/suppliers before passing to the client
Keep the project team informed of any changes
Conduct on site client training
Set and manage client expectations
Track and report team hours and expectations on a monthly basis
Suggest areas for improvement I internal processes along with possible solutions
Reviews and produce status/progress reports and address issues as appropriate
To apply you MUST have or hold:
Based in Staffordshire
Have a background/knowledge in Water (Clean or Waste), Air Conditioning, Food & Beverage, Petrochemical etc.
Full UK Licence
Holding IOSH, CSCS, CCNSG or Thames Water Safety Passport would be a distinct advantage
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner is desirable as would be APM Project Management qualification
Experience with NEC3 contracts
