Job Description

Do you thrive in environments with pace, variety, and the opportunity to genuinely influence how things are done? And are you a technically exceptional finance professional who wants to play a key role in an ambitious organisation’s next phase of growth?

If so, this is a Finance Manager role that goes far beyond the standard month-end cycle.

We are supporting a rapidly expanding international business that works with a broad portfolio of external stakeholders and partners across multiple regions. With continued growth and new markets on the horizon, they’re looking for a Finance Manager who is confident, inquisitive, commercially minded, and ready to take ownership of both delivery and improvement.

This is an opportunity to be at the heart of a forward-looking finance function - influencing processes, shaping decisions, and driving standards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as a trusted financial partner to a varied group of external stakeholders and customers
  • Taking a lead on month-end, management accounts, and financial reporting processes
  • Overseeing and developing a high-performing team
  • Ensuring technical excellence across controls, compliance, reporting, and governance
  • Engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Supporting company expansion, including new operating models, new regions, and scalable processes
  • Bringing ideas to the table - challenging, improving, and enhancing how things are done
  • Driving efficiencies through improved workflows, automation, and smarter reporting
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and commercial analysis
  • Leading on year-end processes, audit preparation, and external partner relationships
  • Presenting financial insights in a clear, impactful, and commercially relevant way

Candidates Qualifications, Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong technical grounding with meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, partners, or multi-entity environments
  • Confident communicator able to influence and engage at all levels
  • Naturally inquisitive and forward-thinking - someone who challenges the status quo
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable bringing new ideas and improvements
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, growing, international environment

Package and Benefits Include:

  • Annual salary up to £70,000 DOE
  • Annual bonus
  • High-impact role with visibility and influence
  • Exposure to international markets and complex financial environments
  • A culture that values initiative, curiosity, and continuous improvement

If you’re ready to step into a role that will stretch you, recognise you, and give you the platform to influence a growing international business, we’d love to hear from you.
