At Solomon Direct, we work with charitable organisations to raise awareness and generate vital donations that help support important causes. We’re looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated individuals to join our team as Charity Fundraisers.

No previous fundraising experience is required — we provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Charity Fundraiser, you’ll represent some of the UK’s most important charitable causes and engage with members of the public to raise awareness and encourage regular donations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing charity partners in a professional and positive manner
• Approaching and engaging with members of the public
• Explaining the charity’s work and the difference donations can make
• Encouraging people to support charitable causes through regular donations
• Meeting individual and team fundraising targets
• Building positive relationships with members of the public
• Working as part of a supportive and motivated team
• Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and compliance at all times

• Confident and comfortable speaking to new people
• Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
• Motivated by targets and personal development
• Passionate about making a positive difference
• Reliable and hardworking
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive, resilient and willing to learn

Previous experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, retail or customer service is helpful but not essential. Full training will be provided.
