Job Overview

A Technical Coordinator is required to support the Technical Director across construction projects and wider technical delivery. Based in Whiteley, Hampshire, this role suits someone with strong construction knowledge, AutoCAD proficiency and building regulations experience, supporting live developments through technical coordination, approvals, working drawings and consultant management.

Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate consultants and technical production information
Manage planning conditions and associated technical requirements
Prepare building regulations and statutory approval submissions
Produce working drawings and supporting technical information
Review supplier, manufacturer and sales technical informationYou will provide technical support to Project Managers, Site Managers and other departments, helping assess buildability and maintain accurate project information throughout delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

HNC in Building or relevant NVQ Level 5
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office 365
Detailed knowledge of building regulations processes
Understanding of construction law and regulatory constraints
Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skillsYou should be confident coordinating internal and external stakeholders, prioritising changing requirements and maintaining accurate technical reporting.

Salary & Benefits

Up to £50,000, dependent on experience
