£32,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOE

£53,000+ OTE

The Role

As a Security Service Engineer, you’ll cover a small, well-managed patch around Milton Keynes, with travel across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Peterborough.

You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive a reliable, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems

Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

Complete accurate service reports and documentation

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Security Engineer who takes pride in their technical ability and customer service.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience servicing commercial CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Intruder Alarm experience – essential

A full UK driving licence

A professional and customer-focused approach
