DUTIES:
- selling tailor-made luxury holidays to the Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Sri Lanka to our discerning client base
- You will be responsible for managing your own client accounts, putting together appropriate holidays (including pricing them from scratch)
- Tailoring the holiday details to fit the client brief, ensuring all the elements are in place
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- According to season you will get involved with product updating, pricing, contract loading and product development.
- Liaising with suppliers and clients in different countries.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous luxury travel experience with a tour operator and proven track record in luxury sales
Knowledge of Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Sri Lanka
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You should also have a commercial aptitude and be very numerate.
You should be at ease with high sales values (£10K to £30k per holiday).
Experience of working to targets and closing sale.
Excellent customer service skills
PACKAGE:
A competitive salary in the region of £25,000-£30,000 per annum commission. Alongside this salary is excellent company benefits.
