We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Phonics Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting children with their phonics development, ensuring they achieve their full potential in reading and writing.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver targeted phonics interventions to small groups and individual students.
Work closely with class teachers to identify students needing additional support.
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
