Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team (CEO & 2 strategic directors) The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position based in Hemel with an WFH 2-3 days per week option available. Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments (multiple diary experience and outlook is a must)

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

Conduct research and compile data as needed

Assist with data entry and record keeping

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Provide general clerical support, such as filing, faxing, and photocopying

Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department

Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Familiarity with office equipment and basic office management procedures

Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
